Van Leijen leads in Wallonie!

Joost van Leijen is leading in the Tour of Wallonie after the third stage! Due to his victory in the second stage and one second time bonus in today's stage Van Leijen leads the general classification. The 27 year old Vacansoleil-DCM rider took with yesterdays stage his first victory of the season! Joost van Leijen became a professional rider in 2010......

Dutch triathlon talent Rachel Klamer won the ITU Premium European Cup in Holten, The Netherlands. The 20 year old supported by FFWD Wheels proved why she is qualified for the Olympics. King of the mountains!

Johnny Hoogerland of Team Vacansoleil-DCM took the KOM jersey in the sixth stage in the Tour de France! Up front Johnny Hoogerland already looked at this stage to take the points on each mountain. To ensure this plan would work the Vacansoleil-DCM team tried to setup a breakaway. After 35 kilometers a five man group was able to escape the peloton......

Cooke wins in Giro Donne!

Nicole Cooke has won the fifth stage of the Giro Donne in Italy! The Olympic Champion riding for the MCipollini Giambenini womens cycling team attacked from a leading group. After the 129 kilometer stage Cooke could solo to the finish line in the streets of Verona. As of this season the ladies of MCipolini Giambenini are riding with FFWD wheels!...
